ECU Bate Building

This renovation transformed an underutilized space within East Carolina University’s College of Business into a vibrant student market. The project focused on creating a welcoming, high-traffic area where students can easily grab drinks, snacks, and other essentials between classes. Updated finishes, efficient layouts, and modern fixtures were incorporated to enhance functionality while aligning with the college’s overall aesthetic. The result is a refreshed space that supports student convenience and campus life.
